TOC Alberta 2021 AGM Meeting

We are hoping that this lucky date will ensure that we will be able to get back to in-person events this year! We will discuss dates for our annual BBQs in Edmonton and Calgary this fall, as long as health restrictions keep going in the right direction! The meeting agenda will consist of the following mandatory items: - Receipt of the agenda; - Receipt of the minutes of the previous annual and subsequent special meetings; - Consideration of the financial statements; - Report of the auditor or person who has been appointed to conduct a review engagement; - Reappointment or new appointment of the auditors or persons to conduct a review engagement for the coming year; - Election of President and Directors (7 total). In addition to this fixed agenda, we will have an open call for club activity ideas and volunteer organizers. If you have additional agenda items you would like to recommend, please email them to president@teslaownersalberta.com prior to the AGM. We will also have a chance to hear from our sponsors and see how they can help to “enhance the Tesla ownership experience,” our club’s mission statement! We would also like to invite anyone who would like to be nominated to join the board of directors to email their nomination to president@teslaownersalberta.com by Sunday, July 4, 2021. The meeting will include a vote for members, so this must be received in advance of the meeting to be included in voting. We hope to “see” you 7/7 at 7 (in ‘21🤣), and to ACTUALLY see you very soon!
